Description: Akimbo by Rock Exotica - The Akimbo is a long-awaited SRT (SRS) climbing device that is mid-line attachable. Opens easily to install/remove rope mid-line, without detaching from harness. Accepts wide range of rope sizes (See list of approved ropes below).

Details: Friction adjusts easily without tools.

Suitable for both SRS and MRS climbing methods.

SRS chest attachment wire gate provides quick connect/disconnect for cord or small carabiner.

Ascend, descend and position in the canopy without changing equipment.

Lightweight and compact.

The Akimbo has a user's manual with recommendations for particular climbing line and WLL. The initial run will not be CE certified for sale into European CE markets. Rope Sizes*: 11.5mm - 13mm. NOTE - APPROVED ROPES*

The following ropes are approved for use with the Akimbo at the Working Load Limit (WLL) shown below. Only approved ropes should be used with the Akimbo. Working Load is equal to the total weight of the climber including gear.

Total Working Load of the climber must not exceed the Working Load Limit (WLL) for the rope listed below or slippage may occur!
